Gift Vouchers are not for resale and are not transferrable.  

Gift Vouchers may be used to purchase Balloons, Party Decor and Gifts instore.

Orders will be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods you order are in stock and available.

If the value of your gift voucher is less that the amount of your total purchase, the difference must be paid by an additional payment method. If the value of your gift voucher is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining gift voucher balance for future purchases, subject to these terms and conditions.

The balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional Pom Poms gift vouchers. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

Gift Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.

Gift Vouchers may not be used to purchase Seasonal Items - these include but not exclusive to Valentines, Mothers Day, Easter, Fathers Day, Halloween, Christmas including Elf Arrival Balloons/Elf Accessories 

10% Discount will be applied to a single full price purchase over £15.00.

This offer is not transferrable, there is no cash alternative and is valid for one time purchase only from the date issued until 01.10.2022

To redeem the offer please show the voucher when making a purchase in store.  Discounts will not be applied without voucher being presented.

Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
